New Conference Centre Atrium

New for 2010, Pera is delighted to offer the 'Conference Centre Atrium'. Housed in Pera's double height exhibition area, the atrium offers a light and airy space ideal for AGMs, product launches and small scale conferences. What's more, our fully inclusive Day Delegate Rate is being frozen for 2010!

The 'Atrium' seats up to 150 people theatre style, or 100 cabaret style, and offers a more informal feel than Pera's large conference hall. The facility includes a raised stage area with speaker lectern with light, space for notes and microphone; and a large scale screen and laptop/LCD projector (back projected) for powerpoint presentations.

The fully equipped adjoining rooms provide the ideal space for breakout workshops, refreshments, lunch or networking.

• Theatre Style: Minimum 80, Maximum 150
• Cabaret Style: Minimum 70, Maximum 100

Fully Inclusive Day Delegate Rates:

• Half Day: £37.50 plus VAT theatre style, £40.00 plus VAT cabaret style
• Full Day: £40.00 plus VAT theatre style, £42.50 plus VAT cabaret style

The rates include: Use of the Atrium and at least 5 ground floor breakout rooms; Use of Pera's large-scale foyer for registration, refreshments, lunch and networking; Raised stage with large scale screen, laptop & LCD (back projected), lectern with light and space for speaker notes and microphone; Refreshments throughout the day; Freshly prepared buffet lunch; On-site car parking for all attendees; together with support from the on-site events team leading up to and throughout the duration of the event.
