Developing new innovative products creates an increased level of complexity and risk which many organisation fail to recognise at the outset. We specialise in providing companies with the market insight, technical expertise and product introduction planning support to help our clients identify and overcome these problems.

We not only have the technical expertise to support our clients in developing their product ideas, we have created our own unique software tool, Innovation Exponent, which helps identify the risks and create the complete concept-to-market plan prior to making the initial development investment.

One example of a client we have helped is ATT. With our assistance, ATT successfully developed and launched their new modular green care range. They expect turnover next year to be £1.5 million with sales forecast to rise to £5 million over the next couple of years.
