The TQS recognises the best organisations delivering training to employers in terms of high quality, and high impact training, by looking at the organisation’s responsiveness, flexibility, expertise and commitment to continuous improvement. The Standard is a mark for training providers to aspire to because it’s tough to achieve.
Pera staff help local charities

Swimarathon
Pera staff their partners and children completed 104 lengths in 55 minutes and raised a total of £527 for Melton Mowbray Lions Club to give to local charities. The charities that will benefit include Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance, Rainbows and the Mayors charity - Riding for the disabled at Mount Group.
