Set in 14 acres of landscaped grounds at Pera's HQ in Leicestershire, the Innovation Park provides the ideal professional environment in which to hold your event. What's more, being located in the heart of the UK, with easy access to both the motorway network and East Midlands Aiport, it is also ideally placed for events that attract delegates from around the UK.

What differentiates the Innovation Park from many facilities is our on-site events team (including IT and technical support) who are on-hand to support you leading up to and throughout the duration of your event

At Pera, we understand the importance of flexibility and offer a wide range of layout options across our facilities, tailored to suit your individual needs.


The first class conference facilities include:

• Conference hall seating up to 500 theatre style or 340 cabaret style, with stage and large-scale screen, integrated sound/lighting and audio visual equipment
• New for 2010, Pera is delighted to offer the 'Conference Centre Atrium'. Housed in Pera's double height exhibition area, the atrium offers a light and airy space ideal for AGMs, product launches and small scale conferences. The 'Atrium' seats up to 150 people theatre style, or 100 cabaret style, and offers a more informal feel than Pera's large conference hall. The fully equipped adjoining rooms provide the ideal space for breakout workshops, refreshments, lunch or networking
• Large-scale foyer, adjacent to the main hall, ideal for small-scale exhibitions and networking
• A conference centre suite of thirteen meeting rooms with informal seating/exhibition space
• A range of additional meeting rooms to seat from 8 - 90
• Free on-site car parking for up to 300 cars
• Excellent catering
